Withdraw from the contract

As a consumer, you generally have a 14-day cooling-off period when you buy something at a distance. Within that period, you can withdraw from the contract without giving any reason, using the button on this page.

Important for digital plans

Our plans are digital content that we create for you immediately after your payment. When you order, you expressly consent to us starting immediately and declare that you are aware that your right of withdrawal lapses as soon as the plan has been delivered to you. If your plan has already been delivered, you can therefore generally no longer withdraw from the contract. You can, however, always cancel your subscription and our 14-day satisfaction guarantee applies to your first payment. You can request it in My plans.

How it works

1. Click "Withdraw from the contract here" and fill in your details.
2. Check the details and click "Confirm withdrawal".
3. You will immediately receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email, stating the content, date and time of your withdrawal.

Insofar as the right of withdrawal applies, we will refund all payments within 14 days using the same payment method. Prefer to use post or email? Then use the model withdrawal form and send it to info@afvallenenafblijven.nl or by post to the address in article 2 of the terms and conditions.
